Carling Executive Park is one of the many prestigious addresses developed by Glenview. Situated on six acres of landscaped gardens, these three seven-storey office towers with an exterior of shimmering reflective glass created a new standard of excellence in Ottawa office accommodation. Carling Executive Park was judged the Best Office Building of the Year in 1990 for the National Capital Region and the Best in Canada by the Building Owners and Managers Association.
This unique commercial complex situated at Blair Road and the Queensway is an address that marked the beginning of East Ottawa's new business district. Glenview developed four elaborate towers encompassing over 400,000 square feet of office accommodation.

Glenview developed the Capitol Square project at Bank Street and Queen Street in Ottawa. The project included three cinemas, 160,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of retail and a 200 car underground garage.
